Joseph A. Dengel is the founder and CEO and provides the intellectual energy that drives the company's unique and powerful approach to golf industry analysis and solution development. He has been conducting golf course valuations for over 20 years and commercial real estate analyses for nearly 30 years. In the course of these valuation/consulting assignments, Mr. Dengel and his associates have personally inspected over 500 golf courses and have interviewed countless golf course owners, developers, and property managers.

Joseph Dengel has a Bachelors Degree in finance and real estate from Southern Methodist University and is a member of the Appraisal Institute, having been awarded the prestigious MAI designation from that organization. Mr. Dengel is also a Professional Member of the National Golf Foundation, an Associate Member of the National Golf Course Owners Association and an Associate Member of the United States Golf Association. Finally, Joseph Dengel is a licensed real estate broker, a property tax consultant, and a certified real estate appraiser in the State of Texas.

Mr. Dengel has appraised and provided consulting services on a wide variety of golf course developments throughout the United States. These services have been used in obtaining mortgage loans, in making corporate management decisions, and in property tax determinations. Consulting assignments have included golf course market studies, feasibility analyses, cost-benefit studies, management consulting, marketing assistance, and financial due diligence for golf course owners, lenders, investors and taxing entities.
